General booking and cancellation terms
Key information from the September 2026 terms.
Payment
Payment is handled through Camping.care or Booking.com. More than 60 days before arrival: 50% deposit, balance due 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days, full payment is due.
Cancellation
90–61 days: 10%. 60–31 days: 50%. 30–15 days: 70%. 14 days or fewer: 100%. No-show: 100%.
Tax and extras
Tourist tax and additional services are calculated separately under the applicable rules and booking details.
Arrival and departure
Exact times are stated in the booking confirmation. Final general times have not yet been set.
Pets
Pets are accepted only when declared and confirmed in advance. They must be kept on a lead, walked outside the campsite and not left unattended.
